1. Our video tutorials are designed to help make the make the most out of your account. All major areas are covered including creating and sending your campaign, uploading your subscribers list and a walk though report analytics.

2. Online help functions as you are actually uploading a contacts database, creating a newsletter or getting ready to deliver. Our system tries to anticipate questions and give you guides to possible solutions.

3. Standard geographical call rate telephone support during UK office hours 09:00 to 17:00 GMT or BST as appropriate.
